Please observe our Late Policy

Here at Murphy Creek Wellness, we have a strict late policy because we respect your time as much as ours!

Late patients will NOT be accepted.

In order to remain on schedule for all of our clients and our provider, we have implemented the following policy. 

You are required to be here at your designated check in time. We recognize late patients as anyone who does not arrive by the check in time. This "check in time" is valuable to complete any paperwork, answer any questions, and to have you in the room and all vitals checked by your appointment time. This way you and the provider get your full booked time without running the risk of overlapping into another patients' time.

Failure to comply with our Late Policy can result in discharge from the clinic

No Show appointments are failing to attend a scheduled appointment.

We do our best to make sure you are here for your appointment by sending out text reminders, we ask that you show us the same courtesy by attending your appointment. These appoints are valuable in allowing us to provide the best care for you and required to maintain timely prescription refills and sending out necessary referrals for continuity of care.

A text will be sent out to patients who no-show an appointment, This is a reminder to call our office to discuss options to reschedule. A second no-show will result in discharge from the clinic.
